Would buy again

It was easy to find what I wanted and the purchase process was straight forward. Delivery was within expected times as outlined on the website (I live in Metro Melbourne). The quality of the rug I purchased was as expected - the photos on the website helped me get a good idea of the quality I was paying for. I searched for any faults in the rug quality and make but could find none. The only gripe I have is that the rug appears to be darker than the images online: the lines of white are thicker online and so my rug appears more brown than the lighter colours I'd seen. Fortunately, we were still able to make it work with the room, so decided to keep the rug. I would purchase from here again.
