Rug Dispatch, Shipping and Delivery Options

At Cheapest Rugs Online, we offer fast delivery Australia-wide and dispatching all orders within 2 to 4 business days on average. 

We aim to have your products delivered quickly and at the best possible shipping rate. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the product size and the delivery address's geographical region.

In peak periods, Autumn through to Winter and at End of Financial Year (June/July) and Christmas/NY/Holiday Break (December/Jan), it is not uncommon for dispatch to be delayed up to 5-7 business days after your order is placed. 

Our warehouses are closed between the 22nd of December to the 10th of January each year, any orders made within this period will be dispatched after this closure period. Outside this period, we are dispatching and working around the clock to process your orders.

Rest assured, it is always our intention to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once your rug gets dispatched from our Sydney warehouse, you will be updated via e-mail with a tracking link and you can monitor your rugs delivery online. We take responsibility to deliver your order at ground level only. We use a combination of Allied Express, Fast-way, Couriers Please, and Hunter Express.

Please note: We DO NOT deliver to PO Box address. A valid street address is required to process the order.

All deliveries are contactless since the Covid lockdown periods. Rugs will be on premises when it's safe to do so. Please check the tracking link provided at dispatch to view the day of delivery. While every effort is made to provide a seamless and safe delivery process, once the rug has been delivered to you, we are unfortunately not able to assist in the event your rug does not get picked up and is misplaced/stolen. 

We ship rugs daily to all metro areas of Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth. We also cover all outside metro areas within NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA and ACT.

 

Delivery times will vary, but the following information provides an estimate of delivery times throughout Australia from time of dispatch:

Sydney Rug Delivery

Rugs delivered to Sydney generally take 2-4 business days and within New South Wales 3-7 business days after dispatch.

Melbourne Rug Delivery

With similar delivery times to Sydney, Melbourne generally take 2-4 business days and within Victoria will arrive 3-7 business days after dispatch. 

Brisbane Rug Delivery

Rug orders made from within Brisbane, Queensland are also speedy - taking on average 4-6 business days. Allow some extra time for delivery if placing an order outside of Brisbane up to 7 business days after dispatch. 

Adelaide Rug Delivery

Rug orders made from within Adelaide, South Australia are also speedy - taking on average 4-6 business days. Allow some extra time for delivery if placing an order outside of Adelaide up to 7 business days after dispatch. 

Perth Rug Delivery

Rugs delivered to Western Australia will take longer than usual - as these rugs are coming from Sydney. Even so, we use the fastest mode of land transport available and your rugs should arrive in Perth sooner than regional WA averaging about 7-14 business working days from dispatch. 

Northern Territory Rug Delivery

Rugs as expected to NT can take up to 14 business days from date of dispatch.
