Yes, in regards to the delivery, for everyone's safety new measures are in place for contactless delivery. It is unfortunate that this particular driver did not knock or ring your bell to notify you at drop off, I'm sorry to hear this and we have noted this with the third party courier to minimise this happening again in the future.
