Good rug

Great colours on rug. Satisfied with purchase. Order filling and delivery very slow even allowing for additional time due to COVID. Website states orders filled within 10 business days (extension due to COVID), reality order nit filled for three weeks and then 2 weeks for delivery.

Thanks for your honest feedback, yes we are a little behind schedule with the extremely high volumes of orders coming through in lockdown and border controls. Updates are always given as timeframes change on the website via the covid19 update section.
We are really excited to be moving closer to normal trading as lockdown ends in a few weeks and hopefully that will settle issues with transit, both in and out of our control.
