Thanks for your honest feedback, yes we are a little behind schedule with the extremely high volumes of orders coming through in lockdown and border controls. Updates are always given as timeframes change on the website via the covid19 update section.
We are really excited to be moving closer to normal trading as lockdown ends in a few weeks and hopefully that will settle issues with transit, both in and out of our control.
