Good value

The rug is good value. The pile thickness isn't brilliant but it is what one would expect for the price. It is aesthetically good so I think hard to find a better deal. Had some issues with getting the incorrect rug colour and the returns process but in the end customer service were brilliant and I really appreciate their efforts to rectify the situation. I would definitely buy from them again.
